I contacted Stephanie to help me plan a birthday trip for me and my four friends to Prague and Vienna this past May. I hadn’t used a travel agent since the internet was invented, but felt like I needed help with the tours and finding the right hotels. Also, my husband was meeting me in Italy, so she helped me coordinate Rome, Florence, and Venice tours. 
 
After working with Stephanie and having European experiences that went completely smoothly and expertly, I am a Purely Perfect convert! She booked me and my friends wonderful hotels in great locations with great amenities. She listens to you and does her research, getting the best deals on hotels, tours and rental cars. She double and triple checked that everything was in order. The cost was definitely cheaper for the five of us than it would have been had we booked on our own.

At the last minute we decided to go to Portugal for 3 weeks, a place I had never been. Stephanie had the knowledge and did the research to plan the trip, taking off the stress. She found great hotels in the heart of the areas we wanted to be in, truly the locations could not have been better. Besides hotels, she helped with flights, a rental car and sent links to amazing tours. Her customer service is impeccable. Despite an 8-hour time difference, Stephanie was always responsive in a timely manner and had great suggestions and recommendations. While we were traveling, she checked in with us, and even helped with an issue we had. We would definitely use Stephanie again and we highly recommend her.
